CLASS SCHEDULE

GROUP WOD

(Workout of the day)

All WODs will be supervised and led by a certified CrossFit Coach.

HIIT CLASS

This is a high intensity interval training 45 min class. This class is a high repetition of body weight and low weight movements that will blast calories and keep you moving!

HERO WOD

Hero WODs are named after Heroes who have given their lives in the line of duty.

OPEN GYM

This is a designated time to work on skills, movements or catch up on a missed WOD. During this time there will be a coach present but they will not be running a class.
