CrossFit Kids!

Are you currently exploring homeschool co-op programs, the Hamilton flex program, virtual online learning, or similar options for your children's education? We have an exciting proposition that can complement and enrich their learning experience – CrossFit Kids classes for the upcoming Spring 2024 semester!


Here are the class specifics:

- Minimum class size: 8 participants

- Age groups: 5-9 & 10-14

- Class days: Mon/Wed 

- Class times(TBD): 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm


CrossFit Kids offers a fantastic opportunity for your children to develop essential skills and have a blast while doing so. In our classes, your kids will learn:


1. Fitness Fundamentals: We focus on building a strong foundation for their physical well-being.

2. Proper Body Mechanics: Safety is paramount, and we ensure they learn the correct techniques.

3. Great Form with Appropriate Equipment: Our classes are equipped with age-appropriate tools to enhance their training.

4. Practical Functional Application to Athletics and Everyday Life: What they learn in class will benefit them in various sports and everyday activities.

5. Exciting and Fun Games: We incorporate fitness knowledge into enjoyable games, making the learning process engaging and delightful.
