Come check out CrossFit Holland Women's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class! Classes are constantly varied functional movements lasting approximately 45 minutes. There is an area for kids.

This women's only class is a high repetition of body weight and low weight movements that will blast calories and keep you moving! Get a complete workout by combining strength movements with cardio- running, rowing, biking. If you've been interested in trying CrossFit Holland but were unsure about all of the heavy lifting and complex movements, this is the class for you.
