20 min AMRAP (Both Partners work at the same time.  Partner A can not proceed to farmer carry until Partner B finishes.  Only reps from SDLHP and Wall Balls count for score.)

Partner A: 

10 SDLHP (95/65)

10 Wall Balls

Partner B:

100 m Farmer carry

 

Road blocks:

At the 5 min mark:  Both partners stop work and complete 20 alternating burpees each.

At the 10 min mark:  Both partners stop work and complete 10 jumping squats over partner holding a plank.

At the 15 min mark: Both partners stop work and run 200 m from the same starting point.
