Round 3: Partner A - 200 m run w/ med ball.  Partner B - 20 HRPU

Round 4: Partner A - 20 HRPU Partner B - 200 m run w/ med ball

Round 5: Partner A - 200 m run w/ med ball. Partner B - 25 Sit-ups

Round 6: Partner A - 25 Sit-ups.  Partner B - 200 m run w/ med ball

Round 7: Partner A - 200 m run w/ med ball.  Partner B - 30 squats

Round 8: Partner A - 30 squats.  Partner B - 200 m run w/ med ball
