Group WOD:

(Workout of the day)

All WODs will be supervised and led by a certified CrossFit Coach.  Click here for todays WOD.

Open Gym:

This is a designated time to work on skills, movements or catch up on a missed WOD. During this time there will be a coach present but they will not be running a class. 

Women's HIIT class:

This is a high intensity interval training for women only. This women's only class is a high repetition of body weight and low weight movements that will blast calories and keep you moving!

Hero WOD:

Hero WODs are named after Heroes who have given their lives in the line of duty.
